Aluneb® nasal spray is an isotonic solution based on high molecular weight Hyaluronic acid, indicated for restoring and maintaining the physiological conditions of the nasal mucosa.

Sodium hyaluronate, Sodium chloride, Monobasic potassium phosphate, Dibasic potassium phosphate, Water.
Adults and children
1. Remove the protective cap from the dispenser.
2. Place your thumb on the bottom of the bottle and your index and middle fingers around the dispenser.
3. Gently insert the dispenser into one nostril and press.
4. Repeat the application in the other nostril.
5. Clean the dispenser by washing it under running water, dry it thoroughly and replace the protective cap.
Infants and children requiring adult assistance
1. Remove the protective cap from the nozzle.
2. Place your thumb on the bottom of the bottle and your index and middle fingers around the dispenser.
3. Place the child in a horizontal position and tilt their head to one side, gently insert the dispenser into one nostril and press, asking the child to breathe in through their nose at the same time.
4. Repeat the application in the other nostril.
5. Clean the dispenser by washing it under running water, dry it thoroughly and replace the protective cap.
Wait at least 30 minutes before using other nasal treatments.
Keep out of sight and reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Do not use the product if the packaging is not intact. Do not use the product after the expiry date. Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor. The use of all topical products, especially if prolonged, may cause sensitisation. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish a suitable therapy. There are no known interactions between the device and its metabolic products and other devices, medicines and other substances, nor are there any known contraindications, undesirable side effects or risks associated with overdose. If you experience any undesirable effects, inform your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or known allergy to any of the components or other related chemicals. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the product should only be taken if clearly necessary and under direct medical supervision: before use, consult your doctor and discuss the risk/benefit ratio in your case. If you are planning a pregnancy or think you may be pregnant, it is advisable to talk to your doctor before taking the product.
