Aluneb iper 3% hipertonic solution nasal spray
Aluneb® Iper spray is a Hypertonic solution based on high molecular weight Hyaluronic acid, xylitol and sea water, rich in mineral salts and trace elements.It is indicated for the treatment of colds, rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, ear infections and all conditions of nasal mucosal congestion.

Adults and children
1. After removing the plastic cap from the top of the bottle, remove the dispenser from its packaging.
2. Place the nasal dispenser on top of the bottle.
3. Gently insert the dispenser into one nostril and press firmly.
4. Repeat the dispensing in the other nostril.
5. Remove the dispenser from the bottle, wash it under running water, dry it thoroughly and replace it on top of the bottle.
Infants and children requiring adult assistance
1. After removing the plastic cap from the top of the bottle, remove the dispenser from its packaging.
2. Place the nasal dispenser on top of the bottle.
3. Place the child in a horizontal position and tilt their head to one side, gently insert the dispenser into one nostril and press firmly.
4. Repeat the administration in the other nostril.
5. Remove the dispenser from the bottle, wash it under running water, dry it thoroughly and replace it on top of the bottle.
Wait at least 30 minutes before using other nasal treatments.
Keep out of sight and reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Do not use the product if the packaging is not intact. Do not use the product after the expiry date. Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor. The use of all topical products, especially if prolonged, may cause sensitisation. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish a suitable therapy. There are no known interactions between the device and its metabolic products and other devices, medicines and other substances, nor are there any known contraindications, undesirable side effects or risks associated with overdose. If you experience any undesirable effects, inform your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or known allergy to any of the components or other related chemicals. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the product should only be taken if clearly necessary and under direct medical supervision; before use, consult your doctor and discuss the risk/benefit ratio in your case. If you are planning a pregnancy or think you may be pregnant, it is advisable to talk to your doctor before taking the product.
